東京生まれ。デザイナー森英恵を祖母に、ファッション界に深い関わりを持った家庭環に育つ。
１５才でアメリカのボストンへ渡り、アメリカのサブカルチャーに影響を受け、
RISD（ロードアイランド・スクール・オブ・デザイン）に入学しグラフィックアートを専攻。
卒業後帰国し、グラフィックデザイナーとして活動を開始。同時にアパレルメーカーにてグラフィックデザイナーとして従事。
２００９年２月に自身のアート作品とアートからファッションへのアプローチを試みた初のエキシビジョンを行う。
Ben Mori was born in Tokyo to a Japanese Father and an American Mother. Upon graduation from Keio Jr.High, he then attended school on the East Coast where he was a student at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design Universitywhere he majored in Graphic Design. Upon graduation, he returned to Tokyo where he landed a job with B's International, an apparel company that handles several fashion labels.
